Linda Joyce is a real estate broker serving the Albuquerque Metro, Placitas, the East Mountains, and surrounding communities throughout Central New Mexico. With a real estate career dating back to 1979 and more than 1,000 homes sold, Linda brings decades of experience and extensive market knowledge to residential and vacant land transactions.
Linda's philosophy is centered on providing honest, competent, and conscientious service while treating each client's goals as if they were her own. She believes buying or selling a home is one of life's most significant financial decisions and is committed to guiding her clients from start to finish and remaining a trusted resource long after closing. Her experience spans a wide range of properties and price points, from residential homes to vacant land.
Throughout her career, Linda has been deeply involved in the New Mexico real estate community. She served as a Director of the Albuquerque Board of Realtors, participated in numerous professional and community committees, and was recognized as the Albuquerque Board of Realtors Salesperson of the Year in 1995. Her professional background also includes experience in real estate appraisal and extensive coursework in real estate law, finance, appraisal, and investment.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Eastern Michigan University and a Master of Art Education from the University of New Mexico. Before building her real estate career, she taught high school in Albuquerque. Today, she combines decades of experience, local knowledge, and a highly personal approach to help buyers and sellers make informed decisions with confidence.
